Rachel Leduc has a professional career that spans over three decades. She has worked in the federal government, direct-sales environments and real estate industry as well as in human resources talent recruiting. Common in all her experiences is the keen ability to work with management teams in delivering solid enterprise-wide results in human, financial, asset and information management areas.

It was in 2009 that Rachel pulled the best insights and wisdoms from her life’s personal and professional experiences to create her own line of innovative skin care products.  Since then, motivated by her entrepreneurial spirit and fuelled by her desire to help others, Rachel has earnestly been laying the foundation to establish a new company Beauté Venustas Beauty.

As a self-starter and highly enthusiastic business driver, Rachel has earned a gradual reputation from past employees, peers and managers as a proficient enabler of teams. As a certified coach from the International Coaching Federation, she is able to adapt her management style to the audience and the culture of an organisation and is able to deliver on a vision. She is keenly able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys innovation.

Rachel is a uniquely compassionate leader who cares about her community and women issues. She is driven by the desire to promote opportunities for women to enhance their socio-economic condition. She “walks the talk” by being involved in many organisations including the Women Network of Ottawa, Women Business Connection, Réseau des femmes d’affaires et professionelles de l’Outaouais (REFAP) and other local community groups.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

SUZANNE MORIN

Vice President, Western Region

Sue Morin was born and raised in Saint-Boniface, Manitoba and now calls Calgary, Alberta, home. Her unshakable love and connection with nature and deep affection for animals is rooted in memorable years spent on the family hobby farm.

As a self-starter, Sue is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate investor. She has owned and operated numerous businesses namely an ATV Rental Corporation as well as a High Speed Internet Corporation. At the same time, she has she has been soaring the skies in her capacity as an Inflight Service Director for Air Canada for the past 16 years.

Rachel Leduc and Sue have had the opportunity to work together and really enjoyed the synergy created by their business ventures. As a result, they decided to join forces to focus and devote time and effort toward helping women to benefit from the experiences they had enjoyed throughout their respective careers. By joining Beauté Venustas Beauty, Sue hopes to inspire women of all ages to truly see and accept the beauty and strength within themselves.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

LISETTE SABOURIN

Skin Care Specialist

Lisette Sabourin has had a deep connection with everything related to improving the appearance of individuals from a very early age. She completed two years of studies in Human Anatomy and Physiology and is a graduate from the Academy of Esthetics.

Lisette has managed thriving hair, aesthetics and weight loss businesses. She has a passion for health and wellness and is the skin specialist for Beauté Venustas Beauty. Ever passionate about aesthetics, she continues to expand and refine her skills and knowledge in skin care.

Lisette was introduced to Rachel Leduc by a mutual friend in 2009. They quickly cultivated a relationship, in part due to their shared appreciation for innovative and quality skin care products. Having recognized Lisette’s professional know-how and expertise, Rachel sought her contribution as a team member to Beauté Venustas Beauty.

Lisette loves life and people, which reflects in the special care and attention placed to the many people she meets as a skin care specialist. Her main aspiration is to help people to awaken and discover their inner and outer beauty.

 

HUGUES BOISVERT, LL.L & LL.B.

Legal Counsel

Hugues Boisvert is a well-established entrepreneur, lawyer and community contributor. He holds a Civil Law Degree (LL.L.) from Ottawa University as well as a Bachelor Degree in Common Law (LL.B.) from the University of Moncton. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.

Prior to entering private practice, he co-founded CNAPSIS, an international pharmaceutical company. Hugues currently practices business law and estate planning and is well known for helping clients preserve, accumulate and transfer wealth. Prior to joining Andrews Robichaud Intellectual Property and Business Law Firm, Hughes represented an internationally-known law firm of Crivelle, Grosso and Gorbato located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Hugues is a passionate community contributor. He devotes time with the Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation and their Entrepreneurship Centre and also serves on United Way Ottawa – Next Generation Cabinet by promoting opportunities to young professionals to become further engaged through fundraising, advocacy and community development activities.

Rachel Leduc and Hugues were introduced a couple of years ago through business contacts and have since continued to work together whenever opportunities arise such as with Beauté Venustas Beauty. Although his schedule may at times be quite overwhelming, Hugues is a valued member of Beauté Venustas Beauty and its executive team.
