1. Cast a wide net when you invite people
Most of us make lists and this situation is no exception. Use your email address book; make a list of friends, family,neighbours, co-workers and/or customers. Even include people you feel may not be interested in attending a party - you'll be surprised by the responses you get from the least likely prospects. 2. Read the hostess kit
Your Beauty Consultant will provide you with an information package. Read it well in advance to learn about the products as well as monthly customer specials. This information will be handy when you're inviting guests and will help them think ahead about their purchases. You may even want to think one step further ahead and associate a given product with your potential guests so that they know you have thought of them in the process.
3. Invite your guests well ahead of time
A good professional image to promote with your clients is a strong sense of organisation. Even if your party date is still weeks away, you want to be sure that your most interested guests have time to plan other activities around your party date. Help them to avoid disappointment by getting your Beauté Venustas Beauty party on their calendar early.
4. Ask for their response
When you invite people, tell them that you're having a limited number of guests and ask them for a "yes" or "no." Written invitations are OK, but they don't tell you who is really coming. 9. Take outside orders

Outside orders count toward the total for your hostess credit just as much as party sales, so the more you sell, the more you earn.
